Enrollment Process & Procedure

Enrollment  is open to all students who are able to perform the academic work, meet the financial obligations and agree to be governed by the rules stated herein.

Enrollment for new students entering kindergarten

 

Pre-Registration:

  1. Complete and return the Pre-Registration Form

  2. Pay the non-refundable Registration Fee

  3. Schedule a School Tour (optional)

 

Registration:

  1. Complete Registration Paperwork

  2. Submit Blue Immunization Card

  3. Submit Copy of Birth Certificate

  4. Submit copy of parent's/guardian's Drivers License

 

The process of enrollment at The Rock School for new students entering 1st-12th grades is as follows:

 

Pre-Registration:

  1. Complete and return the Pre-Registration Form

  2. Pay the non-refundable Registration Fee (prerequisite for enrollment)

  3. Submit current and past years Report Cards/Transcripts 

  4. Submit Unofficial Transcripts (10th-12th students only)

  5. Submit a Letter of Recommendation

  6. Schedule a School Tour (optional)

 

Registration:

  1. Parent and Student Interview (9th-12th grades)

  2. Complete Registration Paperwork (will be mailed to you 2-3 weeks after Pre-registration)

  3. Submit Blue Immunization Card

  4. Submit copy of Birth Certificate

  5. Submit copy of Social Security Card

  6. Submit copy of parent's/guardian's Drivers License

*Students will not be admitted if they have been expelled from a prior school, have a history of behavioral, social, or emotional problems, have a history of drug or alcohol use, have been involved in criminal activity, or are known to be of poor character.
